$10,000 Award Police Release Video Of Man Brutally Raping Woman Then Taunting Her With HIV Claim

Police are looking for a Philadelphia man who taunted a woman with the claim that he infected her with the HIV virus, after he reportedly raped and beat her near her Frankford, Pa., home, reports the Daily Mail.
